The proteins and minerals present in banana are not only
good for your mane but also for the face that will glow. Not going much into its contents (I am sure you all must be aware of the beauty benefits of
banana) lemme directly go into its beauty recipes.
Let’s talk about the fringes first.
Take a ripe banana. Mash it with the fork.
To it add half or a quarter cup honey, a quarter cup yogurt. If you have extremely dry hair you can also add olive oil to it. Blend all these together. It will be like a thick conditioner. Apply all over your wet hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for 20 minutes. Then shampoo as usual. After drying you can feel the softness and the sheen too!

Now let’s move onto the Face and Neck.
The procedure follows with the same mashing up a ripe
banana. Mix in one spoon honey, one drop chamomile essential oil and one table
spoon finely powdered oats. Blend all and apply all over face and neck. Leave
for 20 minutes or till dry. Wash off with Luke warm water and pat dry
You can add one spoon sugar to a mashed banana, to use it as
a scrub. Banana moisturizes and sugar removes the dead skin. Brown sugar would
be the best to use.
For oily skin, just add a spoon of milk and two spoons of
lemon juice. Apply all over the face as a face pack and leave it to dry. Then
wash off with plain water.
