Instead of trying out the lengthy procedures at salons and
parlors why not try some basic skin care routine for a healthy glowing skin.

skin care regime step by step breakdown.
Cleansing:
This is the first step of skin care you should start with.
The biggest mistake that everyone make is they over-cleanse or under-cleanse.
If you have a normal skin, cleanse you face twice daily, early in the morning
and at the bed time. Latter is must as it helps to remove the dirt accumulated
in the whole day. Don’t forget to choose cleanser according to your skin type.
Exfoliation:
Exfoliation helps to remove the dead cells from the skin.
Too much of it can strip away the essential oils of the skin. Hence, it’s
advised to exfoliate only once a week. Choose a scrub suitable for your skin
type and go with it. If you like natural products you can make your homemade
scrubs.
Toning:
Toners are must as it gives a tighter and firmer look. What
it does is it close the pores on skin. This should be followed religiously
however; many experts suggest that it should be strictly optional. So try out a
toner for a few days and decide if you want to add it to your skin care regime
or not.
Moisturising:
The final step and should be followed by all without any
ambiguity. This is an absolutely essential step of skin care. As per your skin
type you should select the desired moisturiser. Dry skin people should opt for
creamy based moisturisers and those with oily skin should prefer water based
moisturiser. For daily wear choose one with SPF. You can also opt for tinted
moisturisers. Don’t forget to moisturize your face at night while going to bed
after cleansing.
