Natural Bleach at Home



Bleach is used for instant fairness, to remove uneven complexion, pigmentation. The bleach that is available in market has lot of chemicals which may not be suitable for all especially the ones with sensitive skin. If your skin is much prone to redness, irritation, allergies etc, then you have a sensitive skin. That doesn’t mean they will be deprived of this luxury of beauty. Some home made treatment can be done which will bleach the skin. Like all natural ingredients, the natural home made bleach will require constant usage to show up on the face. Natural ingredients are safe on skin.
                                            

 Some natural bleaches for sensitive skin.


Lemon Juice:
This is the most common one used for skin lightening. It can be applied directly on face. It may be harsh for some so, they can dilute lemon juice with cucumber juice and rosewater or honey. This can be applied to face for 15 minutes followed by washing with plain water.

Tomato Juice:
Juice of Tomato can be directly applied on face. Rub a pulp of tomato on face daily at night. This is helpful in acne, blemishes and uneven complexion.

Coconut Water:
Regular use of coconut water on face in the morning lightens the complexion.

Orange and Milk:
Orange peel powder is mixed with some milk to get a paste like consistency. Applying this on face till drying gives uneven complexion.

Cucumber juice:
Apply the juice of cucumber directly on face has bleaching properties on face.

Curd:
Curd can be applied on face for 20 mins. Wash it off with water and pat dry. It exfoliates makes the skin smooth. It’s great for hyper-pigmentation.

Milk Fat:
Remove the fat from milk after cooling from boiled milk. Add a pinch of turmeric powder to it and apply on face. Wash after drying.

White Vinegar:
The Vitamin C in it reduces pigmentation or sun tan. This can be used as a toner. All you have to do is soak a ball with vinegar and then wipe your face.

Plain Flour and Milk:
Make a thick paste of 2 spoon plain flour and 2 spoon of milk. Apply this paste on cleansed face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash with water. Follow with moisturizer or almond oil or coconut oil. This gives a healthy skin.

Oatmeal Powder:
 2 spoon oatmeal powder is mixed with one spoon of olive oil and one spoon of yogurt. Add 2 tea spoons of lemon juice and few drops of rose water. Apply this on face till drying. Rinse with water and follow with moisturizer.

Honey:
To lemon juice add some honey and a little milk. Mix to get a little thick consistency. Refrigerate it for 15 minutes then apply to clean face and neck. Wash after drying.
                                
Points To Remember:
  1. Natural methods require some time to give the desired result. So, be consistent in using the masks and be patient.
  2. Don’t forget to get a patch test done before using as some combinations may not be suitable for all skin types.
  3. Clean your face or the area before applying bleach.
  4. If you bleach your face then don’t forget to bleach your hands and neck as well.
  5. Don’t u se natural bleach before any important occasion.
  6. Follow with a moisturizer, coconut oil or almond oil post bleaching.
