Cabbage Beauty Masks

Cabbage is rich in vitamin A, B, C, K and P. Vitamin A helps in rebuilding tissues and basically heals the skin. Vit. B hydrates the skin and aids in cell repair thus you get a beautiful complexion. Vit. C stimulates the production of collagen. Collagen is a protein which makes the skin smooth and supple.
Vit. K helps to remove stretch marks, wrinkles, bruises, dark circles etc. It increases the skin elasticity. Vit. P  enhances the action or absorption of Vit. C. Cabbage also has indole-3-carbonyl, an amazing anti-oxidant. After knowing all the amazing benefits a cabbage has let's jump to its face pack.

   

For Dry Skin:
Milk
Cabbage

Boil milk and cabbage till you get porridge like consistency. Cool it and apply all over face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash off with water after drying.

For Dry and Sensitive skin:
Cabbage Gruel
Egg Yolk
Vegetable Oil

With the above mixture of cabbage and milk add a yolk and a spoon of vegetable oil. Apply this all over face and neck. Wash off after drying. Follow with  moisturiser if necessary.


For Oily Skin:
Cabbage
Egg White

Grind cabbage leaves along with egg white. Apply for 20 minutes and wash off. Only cabbage juice can be applied to cleanse face daily with a cotton ball.

For Skin Whitening:
 Saturate a tissue with the cabbage juice and apply on dark spots for 10 minutes. This should be done every alternate day.

For Skin Tightening:

Cabbage
Egg White
Rice Flour

Mince a single leaf of cabbage. Blend with it an egg white and 2 spoon of rice flour. Apply this on face and neck. Wash off after drying. You can see the difference instantly.

You can also blend honey along with the above mixture. If your skin is very oily you can add some sea salt to the above mixture and blend it all.

Apply this on face. Wait till it dries. Then wash it off. Follow with moisturise if required. You will fall in love with your skin!
