Daily Health Tips.



1.Start your day with a simple meditation. It harmonizes mind, body and soul.

2.Walking with your pets also involves good amount of physical activity. So, never forget to take your pet for a stroll.


3.Exercise at least four days a week for 20 to 30 mins. For simplicity, you can even break it into small sessions.

4.If doing it alone bores you, carry on with a partner or a friend who is committed to exercise. You can even watch exercise videos and do along with it.

5.Do as much physical activity as you can. As, you can skip the elevator and take the stairs.

6.Exercise is a great stress buster.So keep exercising.

7.Diet should contain fresh veggies and fruits. If non-veg, you can add slim meat. Nuts, seeds,sprouts and salads are a must.

8.Always stick to fresh and local food produce rather than canned.

9.Its highly essential that you get a balanced diet ,as often as possible.

10.Stay away from sugar and processed foods.

11.A Big  No to alcohol, tobacco and drugs.

12.As far as possible cut down on caffeine and aerated beverages.

13.You should daily take water to keep yourself hydrated.To determine your water requirement, divide your weight (in pounds) by two. This gives the daily ounce-recommendation. 

14.Most important do maintain a healthy weight.

15.Get adequate rest.It should be of 7 hours.

16.Last but not the least,pamper yourself occasionally. Surround yourself with positive energy and believe in yourself.Work on you shortcomings.
