food that play an important role in getting that flawless skin.These foods not only help to fight acne but also minimize wrinkles and thus enhance the total natural beauty of the skin.

1.Water:

Though its not a food but it is essential for a natural glow.Water removes the toxins from the body, delivers nutrition to the cell and keeps the organs of the body functioning.It makes the cells full and plump as a result
skin looks firm and spotless.It is advised that one should consume at least 6 liters of water daily.Drinking water keeps the cells hydrated.You can also substitute water with some other foods that has maximum water content in it.Such fruits and veggies are also terrific sources of water.


2.Fruits:

This counts for the fruits which have maximum of Vitamin C.You can very well opt for tropical fruits which includes guava,pineapple, kiwi, papaya etc.The Vit. C present in these fruits help to protect the skin from damaging  free radicals.Vitamin C is an anti-oxidant and is usually found in our skin.Intake of these citrus fruits will replenish the skin's stores. These are the nuts rich in Vitamin E.The main function of Vit. E is to nourish the skin and protect it from harsh UV  rays of the sun.You can incorporate almonds in your daily diet.Eat them raw, toasted, in cereals,yogurts,top on fish, chicken etc. These nuts are also high in calories ,so make sure that you eat them in moderation.

This veggie is high in anti-oxidant.These also contains Vitamin C and Vitamin E.Vitamin C will help in the production of collagen, will make the skin firm and elastic.Vitamin E protects the skin from sun's UV rays and thus minimizes damage.



5.Carrots:

Carrots are high in anti-oxidant and beta carotene.An anti-oxidant present in it is converted to Vitamin A in the body.It helps to repair the skin tissue and protect against sun's UV rays.You can eat raw carrot as in salads, with a low- calorie dip.Eating a carrot makes the skin vibrant.Drinking carrot juice imparts a pinkish glow to the cheeks, makes the skin clear.Cooked carrots provide more skin - friendly beta carotene to the skin.

6.Pumpkin Seeds:

8.Fish:

These healthy fats allow water and nutrients into the skin while keeping toxins out, and may also fight inflammation in the skin. However, the health benefits of fish are lost if eaten in a improper way like deep fried.You can go for  baked, grilled, roasted or poached instead.
