1.Blend 2 dices apples, 1 cup of grapes, 1 half of a grapefruit and some parsley leaves for 2 minutes.You should drink this in the morning.It acts as a great  filler. It helps to control your carvings during the day.





2.Take 3 peeled oranges, half a cabbage, half a lemon juice, a little ginger and some water.Mix it in a blender to smooth paste.If possible avoid adding sugar to this nutritious juice.Ginger and cabbage are great waistline busters so don't hate to love the taste of these.
