SEA SALT AND BAKING SODA BATH:
Add 2 pounds of each sea salt and baking soda to non- chlorinated hot water.Soak yourself in the tub for 20 - 30 minutes.
Benefits: This helps to clear radiation and lymphatic system
EPSOM SALT BATH:
Add 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons ground ginger to 2 pounds Epsom Salts.Soak yourself for 15 -30 minutes in the above hot water.Don;t forget to shower afterwards.
Benefits: Broad spectrum, heavy duty cleanser, clears lymphatic congestion, removes heavy metals and radiation.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR BATH:
Add 1 cup apple cider vinegar to your hot water tub and soak yourself for 30 minutes.
Benefits: Good for infections, particularly bacterial. Useful for women with vaginal and bladder infections, helps soften skin.
HIMALAYAN SALT BATH:
Add 2 1/2 pounds of himalayan salt to your bath tub.Soak in the hot water for 3 minutes.Do not shower instead pat dry with a towel.
Beneifts: Overall detox, relaxation, balance energy, infuse minerals into body (Himalayan salt contains 84 minerals and trace minerals that can be absorbed through your skin) and skin softening.
EUCALYPTUS BATH:
Combine 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup Epsom salts and 2 cups baking soda in a bowl and blend. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of mixture into running bath water. Add 2 tablespoons of glycerin and 15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil. Soak for 20 minutes.
This acts as a over all detox.
SEAWEED DETOX BATH:
Add a large piece of seaweed (can use kelp) to a pot of boiling water and let steep for 1/2 hour. One tablespoon of dulse flakes is another choice. Strain and add to bath water.Soak for 20 minutes.
Benefits: Overall detox, nourishing benefits for skin, increase micro-circulation, filled with minerals. Seaweed is believed to absorb toxins by up to 50 percent of its dry weight.
LAVENDER BATH:
Fill bathtub with hot water. Add 8-10 drops of lavender oil.
Soak for 20 minutes. Inhaling the fumes from the lavender oil will also relax you and your bathroom will smell great!
Benefits: Detox & regenerate, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, soften skin.
GINGER BATH:
Add 1/8 cup of ginger (either grated or powder) Put in bathtub under hot running tap.Soak for 40 minutes.After 20 minutes,you'll begin to sweat. After 40 minutes, get out of tub. wrap yourself in a large towel or sheet and get into bed. Cover up with blanket. You'll sweat for about 1 hour.
This bath is good for cleansing and relaxing.
CHLOROX BATH:
Add 1/2 to 1 cup chlorox to hot tub water.Soak for 20 - 30 minutes and shower afterwards.
The purpose of this cleansing detox bath is to clear the body from heavy metals such as those in antacids, pesticides, dental amalgams and inhaled carbon monoxide. It is also good to clear radiation and lymphatic congestion.
CLAY DETOX BATH:
Dissolve 1/2 cup epsom salt in hot bath tub.You can add essential oil if required.Mix vigorously 1/2 cup bentonite clay into a small amount of water until are clumps are dissolved.Do not use a metal for this purpose.You can use a plastic spoon.Add the clay mix to the hot bath.Soak yourself for 20 minutes.
This bath is great for removing a lot of toxins as the clay binds to heavy metals and the epsom salts help pull a variety of toxins from the body while replenishing magnesium levels.
OXYGEN BATH:
Add 2 cups or more hydrogen peroxide and 1 tbsp ginger powder to hot water.Soak in for 30 minutes.
This bath is especially helpful during illness as the ginger helps clear congestion or alleviate body aches. It can also be helpful for allergies or skin irritation.
