Dr. Oz Detox Drink


Today,we will talk about, the famous Dr.OZ detox drinks.These are so popular that you can find
them everywhere.Before we get benefited by these detox drinks let us know abut Dr.OZ.Who he is??

Mehmet Cengiz Öz, also known as Dr. Oz, is a Turkish-American cardiothoracic surgeon, author, and television personality.Most popularly he is a TV health expert.First,he appeared as an health expert in The Oprah Winfrey Show.Now, he hosts his own health show on TV as The Dr.Oz Show.

His detox drinks are meant to cleanse the body and make you lean.(You can also know the benefits of the detox drink from here.)We are giving here his famous 3 days detox drink to follow.Follow this and put a step forward to the leaner world :).


MORNING DETOX TEA:

Your breakfast SHOULD consist of a cup of green tea.Mind you, no sugar added to it.What you have to do is boil the green tea then add a slice of lemon to it(few drops).Add stevia (natural sweetner) to it.

BREAKFAST DRINK:
1 cup Water
1 tbsp. Flax seed
1 cup Raspberries
1 Banana
1/4 cup Spinach
1 tbsp. Almond Butter
2 tsp. lemon

Blend all the above ingredients into a fine smoothie.Pour into a glass and here your breakfast drink is ready.

LUNCH DRINK:
Before the lunch or after the breakfast do not forget to take 1/2 multivitamin and probiotic supplement.

4 celery sticks
1 cucumber
1 cup kale leaves
1/2 green apple
1/2 lime
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup pineapple.

Blend this all into a smoothie.Now, your lunch drink is ready to be served.

Follow with 1/2 multivitamin and omega 3 supplement.

SNACK:
For snack you can repeat your favorite morning or lunch drink.

DINNER DRINK:
1/2 cup Mango
1 cup Blueberries
1 1/2 Coconut water
1 cup Kale
1/4 Avocado
1/4 Tsp.Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. Flax seeds.

Make a smoothie and your dinner drink is ready.No, cheating you have to drink it all.

With all the smoothies we will finish the day with a detox ultra bath.

DETOX ULTRA BATH:
2 1/2 cups Epsom salt 
10 drops lavender oil

Mix the above in your bath tub and enjoy the detox bath.
