Food To Lose Fat And Carbs

Are you exercising daily and still don’t find any of the flabs reducing. Then this is for you. Along with the exercise diet also plays an essential role for loosing those extra kilos. You don’t believe me right? I am not talking about dieting .What I am saying is eat ,eat and eat still be fit. That depends on the proper selection of food to be eaten.
Here are some foods that cut off the fats and carbs. from your body and it should be incorporated along with your exercises. Now let’s check out:

  1. High Protein food
These consume more energy and are good for muscle building. Some of these foods include:
Chicken

2. By increasing metabolism
Certain foods create heat and increases metabolism and helps the body to lose calories.
