Exercise keeps our body fit .Various kinds of exercises are
known. Some people are too lazy to work out, like me :) . But, do you know? You
still can be fit without exercising!! Yes! You heard it right. Simple solution
is walking. So let’s see..
Certain points before you jumpstart:
- Choose your gears properly. It should have firm heels and thick flexible soles. This will act as shock absorber and will cushion your feet as well.
- You need to warm up for 5 minutes before you really start. Walk slowly for 5 mins.
- Cooling down is also essential. So after finish walk slowly for 5 min
POSTURE WHILE WALKING:
- Head should be up and you should look forward.
- .Neck, back and shoulders should be relaxed.
- Arms should swing freely with a little bent at elbow.
- Stomach muscles should be slightly tightened and back should be straight.
- Finally, walk smoothly.
