When you get such pricey brushes, its highly necessary that these should be kept cleaned. Foundation, lip and eyeshadow brushes should be washed after each use. This will prevent the spreading of bacteria and will keep your skin clean. While powder and blush brushes can be washed once a week.

Run the brushes under warm water.Rinse out all the residual make-up.Be a little delicate where the brushes and handle meet so that the glue doesn't come off. Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and a squirt of baby shampoo, and gently swirl your brush tip in the water untill it lathers.Rinse the brush tip under water till the water runs clear.Wipe the brush with a clean cloth and reshape the bristles as you do. After cleaning lay them on cloth for drying.
